Kleysen is seeking a committed Full-Time Labourer at our Esterhazy Salt Plant with rotating shifts. Join a reputable transportation solution provider and contribute to our operations.

Located at the K1 Mosaic Mine site, this permanent role involves various responsibilities, including operating equipment, assisting mechanics, and ensuring safety protocols. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Shifts rotate from 7 AM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, with training provided on all tasks and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete on-the-job safety training for materials handled
• Operate various equipment such as loaders and telehandlers
• Fill in for loader/operators as needed




• Assist mechanics with their tasks
• Maintain a robust safety-first approach while on duty

Requirements:
• Proven regular attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation to work daily
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Subject to drug and alcohol testing due to safety sensitivity
