Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Indigenous client connections to health services
• Deliver care within the BCCNM standards
• Uphold professionalism and empathy in interactions
• Record and document client information accurately
• Advise diverse groups on available health services

Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration with BCCNM
• Two years of nursing experience or equivalent
• BC Driver's License required
• Understanding of Indigenous health matters
• Preference given to Indigenous candidates
