Step into the role of Advocate for Client Services at Know History in Ottawa, ON. This full time position revolves around providing empathetic support and guidance to clients navigating services.
We're in search of a detail-oriented professional with 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles. As an advocate, your primary task is to interact with clients, answering questions and ensuring their needs are met in a culturally informed manner. Accuracy in record-keeping and responsiveness to inquiries are essential components of your day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients directly to resolve their questions and concerns
• Act as a resource to provide service referrals and support
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Manage ticketing by logging interactions efficiently
• Execute data entry and quality assurance tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in client service or administration (1-2 years)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sensitivity to Indigenous culture and issues
• Proficient in data management and office tasks
• A relevant post-secondary education is preferred
