In this role, you will help support the production of automotive parts, working as a Lead Operator in the Paint department. You'll operate injection machines, document production activities, and ensure adherence to quality standards. This position offers cross-training opportunities and the ability to lead training efforts in the Leader Tech’s absence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and verify injection machines for production
• Document daily production processes and outcomes
• Meet hourly production quotas to drive efficiency
• Follow established Kanban systems for operations
• Maintain Health and Safety compliance during shifts

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Ability to perform demanding physical tasks
• Willingness to train current team members as required
• Familiarity with 5S practices in production
• Night shift dedication from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
