Join Irving Shipbuilding as an Engineer in Training specializing in Quality Control. Your responsibilities include developing metrics and supporting ship repair quality improvement initiatives within a full-time, on-site role.

In this position, you will serve as a critical link between quality data management and production teams, fostering a collaborative environment for process improvement. You'll conduct analyses, communicate technical issues, and support effective stakeholder management for quality assurance across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and execute automation of quality metrics
• Maintain communication with production managers
• Improve processes for AOPS and ship repair
• Support Inspection and Test Plan requirements
• Run reoccurring meetings with stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent designation
• 2-5 years relevant experience in quality roles
• Understanding of shipbuilding processes
• Ability to coach improvement projects
• Strong communication and analytical skills
