As a Signature Programs Specialist, you will support Canada's largest volunteer-led breast cancer event, coordinating with the Manager of Signature Programs. Successful candidates will have strong relationship management skills, adept at enhancing collaborations with leadership volunteers, event sponsors, and key stakeholders across the country. This role requires a strategic mindset coupled with operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main staff partner for multiple Run for the Cure events
• Guide and coach volunteer committees for event success




• Attend committee meetings and regular check-ins with volunteers
• Ensure safe, engaging event experiences for participants
• Recruit and retain high-quality volunteers for committees

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in fundraising or event management
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Canada
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and CRM databases
