What is the opportunity? You will be responsible for the issuance, set up and maintenance of advisor contracts and schedules in our Administrative Systems. This includes completion of agent suitability reviews for all lines of business. Updates and/or tasks must be completed accurately and in a timely manner to support the uninterrupted and accurate disbursement of compensation to advisors and distribution and access of client information to advisors.
Job Description What is the opportunity? You will be responsible for the issuance, set up and maintenance of advisor contracts and schedules in our Administrative Systems. This includes completion of agent suitability reviews for all lines of business. Updates and/or tasks must be completed accurately and in a timely manner to support the uninterrupted and accurate disbursement of compensation to advisors and distribution and access of client information to advisors.
Perform suitability reviews, including applicable verification and other due diligence tasks
Investigate advisor coding errors/referrals in the policy admin systems to support the Underwriting and New Business process and policy changes
Investigate internal and external inquiries and make applicable corrections. Research requests for change regarding compensation hierarchies (structure) and bonus set-up.
Set up by correct hierarchy commission schedule, override or bonus rate changes; include discussion with advisors, MGAs and sales reps
Approve/decline applications for transfer or agreement within authority limits
Research and resolve unprocessed tasks and daily events from the compensation systems to ensure complete/accurate comp payments
What will you need to succeed? Must have 1 to 2 years office experience
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Excellent time management
Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and fluctuating workloads




Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize within a changing environment
Ability to build effective relationships, both internally and externally
Must be fluently bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
Nice to have Proficient in excel and Word
Experience with New Business and advisor contracting
Show flexibility, initiative and resourcefulness
Able to work with minimal Supervision
Teamwork and partnering in a complex matrix organization
Accept and successfully execute change

Pay Range: $46,000.00 - $70,000.00
Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
