As an integral part of the team, you will oversee 6-10 key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and driving the growth of Mansfield’s solutions including fuel and natural gas. Your experience in business development and petroleum sales will enable you to analyze accounts for profitability while cultivating lasting client partnerships. This position demands strategic thinking and a strong focus on customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead bi-monthly meetings to review project statuses
• Coordinate with internal departments for customer onboarding




• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Prepare business proposals for renewal and recent opportunities
• Track account activities using CRM tools

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in energy
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Proven success in account management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
