Job DescriptionAs a Senior Voluntary Benefits Specialist (SVBS), we partner with plan sponsors across Canada to add optional insurance products to their workplace benefits plan. We focus on the optimal client experience for both our plan sponsors and members. This role thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and requires excellent customer service skills.What will you do?Execute campaigns while partnering with sponsors, Account Executives, marketing, data, and email deployment teams.Act as a product knowledge expert for optional insurance products.Host member education sessions in‑person and over Zoom.Compile results after the campaign and collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to update systems.Participate in strategic projects that enable more sales.What do you need to succeed?Understand group insurance products.Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Be able to multi‑task, prioritize, and organize effectively.Have experience working with sponsors, members, advisors, or consultants.Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with group benefit systems such as CRM, OASIS, DARC is a plus.For Quebec, bilingualism (French and English,
