This is a senior, high impact engineering role responsible for protecting and optimizing critical rotating equipment across our global manufacturing network.You will act as a subject matter expert and technical authority, influencing asset lifecycle decisions, improving reliability, and supporting complex troubleshooting efforts across multiple sites and regions.This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, traveling internationally, and influencing asset performance at scale.What you will be doingProvide technical leadership and engineering expertise across rotating equipment, including lifecycle analysis and turnaround supportSupport global manufacturing sites by improving reliability, performance, and equipment integrityApply data driven engineering insights to reduce operational risk and extend asset lifeLead or contribute to benchmarking, innovation initiatives, and best practice developmentServe as a technical contributor to HAZOPs, LOPAs, and functional safety activitiesActively participate in and help lead Communities of Practice across the businessWhat you will bringBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)7+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years of hands‑on rotating equipment experience in continuous or heavy manufacturing environmentsStrong background working with turbomachinery, compressors, steam turbines, and associated systemsWorking knowledge of API/ISO standards, NDE methods, vibration analysis, lubrication systems, thermography, and dynamic balancingAbility to influence across functions with clear communication, technical leadership,



and mentoring skillsUp to 25% international and domestic travel per yearTravel may include extended trips for turnarounds (up to 5 weeks at a time) to sites in Canada and the United States with possibility to travel to Europe and also Australia.
