The Assistant Store Manager is one of the people who makes that happen, day in and day out.About the RoleAs Assistant Store Manager, you are the operational second-in-command at 1500 Yew Street. You partner closely with the Store Manager to run the store: you own scheduling, inventory, and floor leadership, you coach the team in real time, and you step in as acting leader when the Store Manager is off-site.
