This is a general submission posting.If you wish to be considered for a future opportunity, please submit your résumé.When a position becomes available, you may be contacted by our Talent Acquisition team.Business Unit: CuratedPosition: VFX Production CoordinatorLocation: Vancouver, BCPay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 CAD hourlyPOSITION SUMMARYThe Coordinator works directly with VFX Supervisors and VFX Producers to track the progress of shots between teams, coordinate daily reviews, and anticipate delivery deadlines.The Coordinator is reliable, a positive communicator, and adaptable with quick turnarounds.MAIN DUTIESThe VFX Coordinator will coordinate and log Dailies, coordinate with other departments to efficiently allocate resources across projects, and liaise between artists, producers, and supervisors.They will reflect status changes and shot progress throughout project duration and support the production management team with ad‑hoc projects/tasks.Additional duties include:Manages deliverables directly with internal Editorial TeamManages all outsourcing to external vendorsCaptures client feedback during review sessionsWHAT YOU BRINGThe ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.They must have a strong knowledge of project management software including Word and Excel, prior working experience with production tracking software (preferably Shotgrid),
