Engage with young learners in the Teacher Assistant role at RYSS Early Childhood Academy in Pasadena. This full time position focuses on student assistance, behavioral support, and educational program execution.

As part of RYSS Texas Public Schools, the Teacher Assistant supports the instructional efforts of teachers and impacts student success. You will help implement behavioral plans, assist during learning activities, and monitor student behavior throughout the school day. Contribution to IEP documentation and support for special education students will also be key parts of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance in academic settings with individuals and groups
• Implement classroom management strategies




• Supervise students during meals and other activities
• Assist with IEP documentation preparation
• Support differentiated learning instruction

Requirements:
• Required Educational Aide certificate
• Minimum two years of higher education coursework (48 semester hours)
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Proficient in teaching reading, writing, and math
• Ability to cultivate a positive and productive learning environment
