You will be instrumental in coordinating logistics and supporting project activities with community stakeholders. Collaborate with leadership from Tapestry and CHILD-BRIGHT while ensuring timely delivery of project outputs. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to manage project finances and stakeholder engagement effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support steering committee meetings and document key activities
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and issue resolution
• Assist in building the Library through evaluation and adoption phases




• Facilitate engagement with institutional and community partners
• Oversee project finances, including budget tracking and reporting

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field with four years of experience
• Previous project management experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Familiarity with financial systems, particularly UBC policies
