Join ENHANCE Ontario as an Epic Senior Technical Analyst, focusing on the maintenance of applications critical for patient care delivery. This rewarding full-time role involves troubleshooting, system enhancements, and training support.

You will play a vital role in the ongoing support of Epic applications, ensuring operational effectiveness across seven member hospitals. Collaborating with various departments, you’ll evaluate issues and lead testing of application upgrades while maintaining training materials in sync with updates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively
• Provide ongoing support for assigned applications independently




• Participate in testing application updates and recent releases
• Assist design/optimization decisions in operational committees
• Collaborate with Principal Trainers for user support

Requirements:
• Required Epic build or operations experience
• Preferred Medical Laboratory Technologist background
• Must achieve Epic certification within 3 months
• Strong lab process or Sectra knowledge is beneficial
