Support Sinai Health Foundation’s mission as a Senior Development Officer specializing in Leadership Giving. This role, based in Toronto, focuses on engaging high-level donors in a hybrid working model.

In this pivotal position, you will oversee a portfolio of 200+ leadership prospects, targeting gifts between $1,000 and $49,999 to reach a goal of $1M annually. Partnering with the Executive Director, you’ll craft and implement strategies that foster meaningful donor relationships while ensuring exceptional stewardship and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of leadership-level prospects
• Cultivate and solicit gifts of up to $49,999
• Implement effective donor engagement plans
• Deliver best-in-class donor experiences
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance donor pipeline

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• At least three years of fundraising experience
• Proficient organizational and administrative skills
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Office
