Join IFCT, a Vancouver-based team dedicated to sustainable energy as a Cell Engineer. Design electrochemical cells and assemblies to contribute to our decarbonization efforts focused on cutting-edge technology.

In this role at IFCT, you will be crucial in designing components for various electrochemical cells. With a minimum of four years of experience, your expertise in structural design and thermodynamics will ensure successful projects. Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to align needs while maintaining manufacturability with international partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop subcomponents for electrochemical cells
• Create flow plate assemblies with various materials and fluids




• Develop engineering tools for application guidance
• Interface with customers to align expectations
• Collaborate with multiples stakeholders for project success

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or Physics
• Minimum of 4 years in a related role
• Strong knowledge of fluid flow, thermodynamics, and structural design
• Familiar with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Ability to solve complex, multi-variable problems
