Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate proposal evaluation and intake activities
• Support applicant communications throughout the intake process
• Manage documentation for claims and project changes




• Conduct quality assurance on financial claims submissions
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and improvements

Requirements:
• 5+ years in project or portfolio management
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Solid Excel skills for data management
• Excellent detail orientation and multitasking ability
• Proven communication and stakeholder service capabilities
