Become a part of Fidelity Canada as a Data Analyst and Reporting Tools Developer, working under a flexible hybrid schedule. You’ll be stationed in Toronto until our office moves to Mississauga in late 2026, contributing to vital analytic projects.

In this role, your analytical skills will support the Fidelity Senior Executive Team by delivering high-quality reports and developing new tools to meet business needs. You will have the opportunity to enhance existing systems while utilizing your expertise in SQL and business intelligence to drive efficiencies and accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and address current reporting requirements
• Design and create reporting databases from various data sources
• Implement tools for automating reporting processes




• Maintain Business Intelligence and Excel-based reports
• Ensure data integrity through comprehensive testing

Requirements:
• At least 4 years experience with databases and SQL
• Robust analytical and project management expertise
• Skilled in Excel, VBA, and Access
• Experience in the financial services sector is an asset
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
