As a seasoned Test Manager, you'll be responsible for manual and automation testing across various banking applications and KYC systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute test cases, manage defects, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead manual and automation testing directly within banking systems
• Validate business requirements and ensure quality adherence
• Track and manage defects efficiently via JIRA




• Mentor junior QA members and set quality benchmarks
• Create and maintain test plans and cases

Requirements:
• 8 to 15+ years as QA Lead, specifically in Banking and KYC
• Proven communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and API validation
• Hands-on with JIRA and JTMF or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred
