• Create and implement strategy for LPL across product and marketing
• Drive AI implementation in design processes
• Manage design teams for mobile, web, and brand
• Ensure system-wide design quality and accessibility
• Oversee the component review process end-to-end

Requirements:
• 7+ years in product or brand design
• More than 2 years managing a design team
• Experience leading large-scale design systems
• Robust record of collaboration with engineering
• Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus
