Your motivation, enthusiast, and dynamics will be an asset when you join our team as a Customer Service Representative.What would be your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative?Accurately processing and managing customer orders in the JD Edwards system, ensuring data integrity throughout the order lifecycleVerifying and validating the details on purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer agreementsAddressing and resolving customer inquires and requests in a timely mannerMonitoring and tracking order statuses, ensuring updates are communicated promptly and accurately to customersCoordinating with the logistics, operations and procurement teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and operations capabilitiesCollaborating with sales teams to address and resolve customer issues,



ensuring seamless communication between departmentsProviding product recommendations and insights to customer to enhance their purchasing decisionsLeveraging Salesforce to track, analyze, and manage customer interactions and activities, ensuring data is up to dateManaging account maintenance activities, ensuring records are accurate and aligned with customer needsReviewing and interpreting weekly and monthly reports to identify trends, and areas of improvementWorking in synergy with other departments fostering a collaborative environment to ensure full customer focusWhat are the qualifications needed to have success in this position?Completed DEC in administration, business or in a related field is an asset.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English are necessary for candidates working in the Vaudreuil, QC office; proficiency in both languages is an asset for candidates at other locations.Comfortable and confident in communicating with customers via phone and email.Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a drive for success, with essential qualities of compassion, integrity and honestyMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Customer Service Representative within distribution, logistics of manufacturing industriesIndustrial chemical experience or a background would be considered an assetAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentThrives in a fast-paced environment, able to make quick decisions and under pressureDemonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skillsMust have strong computer skills, including advance Microsoft Office suite abilities. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and benefits.Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
