The Maintenance Technician (afternoon shift) supports manufacturing equipment stability & efficiency. Technicians take proactive approaches & continuously learn, implementing process improvements that positively affect quality & production efficiency.What You Will DoSupport daily equipment calls, ensuring operation of mechanical & electrical systems by performing preventive maintenance.Troubleshoot equipment and preventive maintenance processes, including documentation and spare parts inventory management.Assist in creating, modifying, and revising manufacturing work instructions and process flow documentation.Source parts – quote initiation, vendor negotiations, part specification.Program and set up equipment for production to meet product specifications, performing mechanical assembly and fabrication as necessary.Operate vision systems (specifically Keyence), select sensors, and troubleshoot automation issues.Collaborate in a team environment, communicating effectively and staying organized.Improve manufacturing efficiency by eliminating waste through process improvements, program changes, and cycle time reductions.Implement permanent countermeasures to solve problems and prevent recurrence.What We NeedDiploma in Mechanical,
