Our core duty is to ensure a positive customer experience and uphold the integrity of the brand.If you were our Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing Quality Control here are some of the core activities you would be doing:You manage quality systems in raw materials/receiving, cutting and bundling, and production areasYou lead and develop the Production inline and final QC team to ensure effective growth of the teamYou motivate and guide the quality team using effective communication, training, and team building skillsYou develop and implement Quality training programs to ensure Arc’teryx quality standards are efficiently upheldYou oversee non-conformances and ensure completion of root cause analysis of quality issues through collaboration with Production, Engineering,
