As Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing, you’ll lead insight-driven campaigns that strengthen brand engagement with healthcare professionals and consumers while driving sustainable growth.Your Role:Oversees the development and execution of HCP and consumer-focused marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. The position leverages stakeholder insights to design and execute HCP and direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizationalobjectivesand compliance standards. This role contributes to delivering impactful initiatives across digital and traditional channels, establishingLEO Pharma as an industry leader.This is ahybrid rolebased out of LEO’sdowntown Toronto office.Your Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive HCP/consumer marketing strategies focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and adoption.Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into integrated marketing campaigns for HCP/consumer audiences.Execute DTC initiatives including paid media campaigns (search, display, programmatic, video, social, etc.), email marketing, and websites.Monitor and analyze HCP/consumer behavior trends, campaign performance, and competitive insights tooptimizestrategies.Collaborate with Business Insights and Analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of consumer campaigns and inform future planning.Drive innovation by pilotingnew marketingprograms and exploring digital tools and technologies that add commercial value.Oversee partnerships with vendors and agencies, ensuringtimelyand cost-efficient execution of marketing programs.Manage resource allocation and a defined marketing budget,
providing regular updates on expenditures and ROI metrics.Support the development of annual marketingobjectives and long-term HCP/consumer engagement strategies.Ensure all initiatives align with compliance standards, regulations, and corporate governance.Completing all company-based and job-related training as assigned by LEO Pharma within the required timelines.Additionalduties asassigned by LEO Pharma Management.Your Qualifications:3-5yearsmarketing experience, with Omni-channelaccountabilities.Strong storytelling and branding capabilities with a stakeholder-first mindset.Bi-lingual an asset (English/French).Strong data analysisrequiredand forecasting skills preferred, with analyticalproficiencyto drive insights-based decision-making and report on campaign impact.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.Adaptable to managing multiple priorities and projects within a deadline-driven environment.Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration and a performance-oriented culture, and proven ability to lead change and transformation through influence.Collaborative,strategicand tactical marketing skills, planning, process and results oriented,demonstratedorganizational savvy and self-awareness, and technology savvy,

A strong sense of organizational awareness, curiosity for recent technologies, and confidence using data to inform decisions will help you thrive in this role.Your New Team:You’ll be part of a highly collaborative Canadian commercial organization, working closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Patient Access, Business Intelligence, and Global/US Marketing. This role partners regularly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, excellence in execution, and meaningful impact for patients and customers.Compensation:The base salary range for this position is$125,000- $150,000 per year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
