Senior Supply Chain Manager - HamiltonIn this role, the Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations. This position goes beyond day-to-day execution and takes full ownership of planning, procurement, and overall supply chain performance. The role is ideal for someone who can lead, build processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.While systems and automation support transactional tasks, this role focuses on oversight, strategy, and performance improvement, ensuring the supply chain is operating efficiently and effectively. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and a hands‑on approach are essential.Position Type:Full-time, permanent, in officeHours:Monday- Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PMLocation:HamiltonSalary Range:$80,000-$120,000 (based on experience)1. Supply Chain Ownership (Planning, Procurement & Logistics)Take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring alignment across all functions.Oversee demand planning, production planning, and inventory management to meet business needsLead procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance managementManage logistics and distribution to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery2.
Process Improvement & StrategyDrive improvements and build scalable processes across the supply chain.Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve service levelsDevelop and refine SOPs to support consistency and scalabilityContribute to overall supply chain strategy and long‑term planning3. Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional CollaborationProvide leadership and direction across the supply chain function.Lead and support team members across planning, purchasing, and logisticsPartner with operations, production, and finance to ensure alignmentAct as the key point of contact for supply chain‑related decisions4. Performance & ReportingMonitor and improve supply chain performance through data and insights.Track KPIs such as inventory turns, service levels, and supplier performanceAnalyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesProvide regular reporting and recommendations to leadershipNecessary Skills & Experience5+ years of supply chain experience, within a manufacturing environmentBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related fieldProven experience in planning, procurement, and inventory managementStrong leadership and ability to take ownership of a functionExperience driving process improvements and operational efficienciesAnalytical mindset with strong Excel/ERP system experienceAbility to operate both strategically and hands‑onThis is a unique prospect to take a leadership role in a growing organization where your decisions will directly impact production, supplier relationships, and the company’s continued success.
