A critical front-facing role that sets the tone for the Experience Centre environment, you will be responsible for greeting and checking‐in guests,



and making them feel at home.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESGreet guests and check them into their appointment at the Experience CentreManage appointmentsReceive and redirect incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.Supply and manage bar area where drinks and snacks are available for guestsServe drinks to guestsClean bar area as requiredPrepare and organize all incoming and outgoing couriers and/or deliveries.Maintain all courier supplies.Sort and distribute daily mail in a timely manner.Other administration duties as assigned.Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies; All other duties as assigned.THE INDIVIDUALThe ideal candidate will have the following background:Minimum three years of customer service and/or restaurant service experienceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and pleasant under pressure.Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of clients and customersSuperior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.Adjusts and is flexible to meet changing work needs and demands.This position will remain open until 3:00pm Friday, September 4th, 2026.CSEC is an equal opportunity employer.
