It shares Tilray’s global presence and commitment to innovation across cannabis, beverage, wellness, and entertainment.Job SummaryReporting to Maintenance, the Licensed Millwright is responsible for performing reactive, assigned, and preventative maintenance on all production and supporting equipment within the facility. The role includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical/process/controls/HMI system support on all equipment.Vacancy StatusThis posting is for an existing position.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssemble, disassemble, install, repair, and/or fabricate as needed to maintain machinery, equipment, spare parts, tooling, and facility infrastructure in accordance with technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, SOPs, and standard practices.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, process, automation, and HMI control problems,
correcting them as required per technical documentation.Contact manufacturers for technical support, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.Complete other system support work (e.G., temperature controller adjustments, calibrations, PMs) as trained.Comply with PM, SOP, GPP, and regulatory requirements.Document work orders, PMs, calibration forms, validation documents, and other records to GPP/SOP standards.Execute assigned PMs and work orders on schedule.Support on‑site contractors for PM or project activities.Update the CMMS with required information.Train team members in processes and procedures.Maintain tools, toolboxes, and shop areas in compliance with GPP/SOP standards.Work shift or as required.Perform other duties or projects as assigned.Qualifications and Education RequirementsOntario Red Seal Industrial Mechanic Licensed Millwright and/or Electrician tickets with completion of an apprenticeship program, and a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in the manufacturing industry.Excellent knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.Skilled in root cause analysis for equipment problems.Superior troubleshooting skills (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, HMIs, PLCs, etc.) and understanding of automation.Strong communication skills.Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet, including use of scissor lifts and ladders.Experience with shop tools, lathe, mills, grinders, drill presses, precision measurement instruments,
