Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct workplace violence risk assessments and analyses
• Review and classify staff incident reports accurately
• Monitor and track violent incidents across locations
• Prepare data reports assessing safety program effectiveness
• Coordinate workplace violence prevention committee initiatives
Requirements:
• Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (essential)
• Minimum three years' related experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Completion of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training
• Criminal Record Check (Level 1) required
