You will advance donor relationships through personalized communication and strategic engagement while supporting high-value solicitations alongside senior leadership. Your efforts in creating proposals will amplify the foundation's reach and commitment to equity within communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects ranging from $25K–$100K
• Conduct donor meetings and develop cultivation plans
• Support fundraising efforts across community initiatives




• Draft tailored proposals and donor correspondence
• Ensure effective CRM management and reporting practices

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of experience in major gifts or fundraising
• Solid relationship-building and communication skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Proven experience in a high-stakes donor environment
• High level of professionalism and integrity
