Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and conduct infection surveillance activities
• Identify strategies to minimize infection risks




• Monitor infection data and manage quality control initiatives
• Communicate policies and interpret surveillance results
• Assist in developing strategic goals for the IPAC program

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s preferred
• Experience in infection control in long-term care
• Current CBIC certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of epidemiology and adult learning principles
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
