Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining over 979 units across multiple properties. Your experience in building maintenance will allow you to perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, while also ensuring preventative measures are in place to minimize future issues. This role demands robust communication and technical skills to enhance our properties' operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily and emergency maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and resolve building system issues




• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and exteriors
• Prepare units quickly for new residents
• Update the Facility Manager on maintenance progress

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-4 years in maintenance roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems
• Hands-on experience with tools and equipment
• Proficiency in maintenance tracking software
• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies
