The Gerry & Nancy Pencer Brain Tumor Centre is looking for an empathetic Nurse Coordinator to oversee patient care and programming. In this permanent, full-time position, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the brain tumor treatment community. Your understanding of neuro-oncology will enhance patient experiences at UHN.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide educational resources to patients and families
• Coordinate weekly multidisciplinary meetings
• Develop caregiver support programming
• Conduct the Patient & Family Advisory Committee
• Enhance access to treatment programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is mandatory
• At least 2 years’ experience in neuro-oncology
• Experience in palliative care is preferred
• Robust communication and networking skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
