In this full time position, you will collaborate with leadership to provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. Emphasizing engagement, recruitment, and conflict resolution, this role is crucial for fostering a positive workplace. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with leaders for staffing strategies and workforce needs
• Provide HR coaching on employee relations issues
• Conduct reviews and maintain documentation for investigations
• Support onboarding, leaves, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years in HR, with a focus on employee relations
• Experience in a unionized setting
• Knowledge of relevant BC legislation
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence and vehicle needed
