Daily start times range from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM, shifts up to 14 hours.Reason for vacancy: Existing HeadcountPosition Summary: This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of eggs and chicks between the hatchery and various farm locations. The role combines the responsibilities of chick delivery and egg pick‑up, requiring a strong commitment to animal welfare, biosecurity, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely, safe delivery of newly hatched birds to client farms and pick up eggs from growers for transport back to hatcheries.Safely load, unload, and handle chicks and eggs throughout transport and delivery, ensuring compliance with animal welfare and biosecurity protocols.Verify delivery quantities for accuracy at each location and ensure all required supplies and instructions are checked before delivery.Transport birds to designated farm locations using company vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Load birds onto dollies and secure for transport, stack and space chick boxes, dump chicks under feed or water lines,
