Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client care assessments • Provide clinical support and consultation for healthcare providers • Report on client assessments to service partners • Collaborate on program planning and quality improvements • Guide infection control practices effectively
Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Nursing/Practical Nursing • 3+ years in a healthcare setting • Good standing member of Ontario’s College of Nurses • Valid First Aid & CPR certification • Proficient communication and leadership capabilities
