Job Summary: The Junior Identity Access Management (IAM) Consultant will support the migration and integration of secure identity solutions within a healthcare environment.
This role focuses on working with Oracle-based IAM technologies, including Oracle Access Manager and Oracle Unified Directory, to enhance protection of patient health information (PHI) and streamline access to digital health services.
The consultant will collaborate with various technical teams to implement, document, and support client integrations using OIDC/OAuth protocols and related security standards.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with agency teams to integrate clients with the ONE ID OIDC/OAuth service.
Document design, installation, configuration, and integration details for each client.
Work closely with networking and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
Provide regular updates to project managers and sponsors.
Deliver technical support to clients for successful integration with the ONE ID IAM service.
Create service enrollments and promote clients from test to production environments.
Develop and execute end-to-end test plans to validate integrations.
Produce transparent design and implementation documentation.
Required Skills & Certifications: 2 to 3 years of IAM development experience.
Strong knowledge of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth protocols.
Experience with system integration using standard interfaces (APIs) and protocols.
Understanding of network connectivity concepts including firewalls and DNS.
Familiarity with TLS/SSL and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) in Single Sign-On (SSO) contexts.
Ability to provide technical support to clients with varying technical backgrounds.
Strong communication skills for articulating technical issues and solutions clearly.
Proven ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience with Oracle Identity Access Management Suite and Microsoft Active Directory.
Knowledge of SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language).
Experience working in Agile development environments and CI/CD pipeline processes.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Experience with Openshift and AWS migration projects.
Special Considerations: Work requires 1 day per week onsite presence.
Role involves handling sensitive patient health information requiring strict privacy and security compliance.
Scheduling: Standard workweek with partial onsite attendance (1 day/week).
