Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES .
Define and validate the tooling and test equipment required to assemble and test modules and engines according to P&WC; quality and engineering standards.
Maintain Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI) , which provide assemblers with guidance on standard work procedures.
Support CVIS programming and programming of the data plate machine (ROFFIN) .
Support the implementation and programming of TMS (Torque Measuring System) .
Participate in PFMEA/PFMEAS activities and RPN (Risk Priority Number) determination.
Ensure assembly and testing processes meet applicable quality, engineering, and safety standards .
Candidate Requirements 1+ year of experience in assembling and testing modules and/or engines.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Mechanical Engineering Technician experience/education may also be considered.
Must be fluent in French .
Experience with assembly process planning is preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
Due to project restrictions, candidates must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents .
Must be willing and able to work onsite in Mirabel, Quebec .
