Our client, a company specializing in the manufacturing of high-precision components, is lookinging for a Lead CNC Machinist.

In this role, you will play a key part in machining operations by programming, setting up, and operating CNC and conventional machines, while mentoring a small team of machinists and contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints and specifications to plan and execute machining operations; Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines; Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure part compliance and quality standards; Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency; Assist in the training and development of machinists and apprentices; Promote and adhere to ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.

Requirements: DEP in Machining Techniques or equivalent training; 3 to 5 years of CNC programming experience; Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints; Proficient with precision measuring instruments and quality control techniques; Valuable communication skills; French, English (technical documentation).
