The successful applicant will be a responsible team‑player, able to work individually, and will pay strong attention to detail in performing everyday tasks.ResponsibilitiesRead blueprint drawings and follow work instructionsCut, clean, and deburr pipes for brazingBraze A/C units from 2 – 90 tonsInstall and braze copper pipes, brass, and stainless‑steel to Victaulic fittingsBraze pipes to HVAC components such as compressors, expansion valves, filter driers, etc.Meet quality compliance requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work environment with Safety First in mindFlexibility to work overtime on occasional evenings and weekendsFlexibility to be reassigned to other production lines as business needsWork in a non‑climate‑controlled environmentQualificationsMinimum 3 years of brazing experienceIntermediate braze ability working with copper, brass,



and stainless‑steel fittingsExperience brazing Brass/ S. Steel, Copper pipe (½ ” to 4.0 “OD copper)Must be able to braze 45% silfos to stainless steel with gas fluxMust be able to use hand and pneumatic toolsMust be able to work in a fast‑paced production environmentMust be able to stand, reach, bend, stoop, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.Must be able to perform duties as required under minimal supervisionMust have sufficient working knowledge to pass brazing certificationCompensationThe expected hourly wage rate for this position is between $20 and $30 per hour.
