Known for exceptional care and craftsmanship, we aim to eliminate the common frustrations that accompany building a custom home.This is a part-time role, three days per week, working directly under our Marketing Lead. If you're fast, self-sufficient, and care about producing content that actually performs, this role is for you.What You'll OwnFilining and editing raw iPhone and professional camera footage into polished Instagram Reels following our established reel playbook.Adding captions, music,



and text overlays aligned to LUX brand standards.Clipping long-form content into short-form social cuts.Maintaining a consistent posting schedule across platforms.Supporting ManyChat trigger word alignment on educational content.What We're Looking ForOne to two years of video editing experience, social media content preferred.Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.Strong eye for pacing, hooks, and what makes short-form content stop the scroll.Ability to work independently from a shot list without hand-holding.Familiarity with Instagram Reels trends is a strong asset.What You Won't Do HereWait six weeks for feedback. Edit content that has no strategy behind it. Work without clear direction on what good looks like.Compensation$45,000 to $55,000 annualized pro-rated to three days per week.
