JOB TYPE: Permanent full-time

SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken English

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Regional Director of Research, the incumbent supports the evaluation activities related to the clinical learning units or any other evaluation initiative of the Network by collaborating with the Leadership Team, directors and other health professionals. The incumbent helps develop evaluation plans, logical models, data collection tools, evaluation reports and recommendations, and is able to analyze statistical data and evaluation results as well as manage projects and initiatives. The successful candidate works to develop processes and policies related to the sector and works with management, as needed, to develop major initiatives in organizational research.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Master's degree in science, nursing, health sciences, public health, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in evaluative research or program evaluation;
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;
- Experience preparing and analyzing progress reports, as well as project management experience, considered an asset;




- Experience in organizational research within an academic, research, or hospital setting, considered an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of scientific principles and research methodologies;
- Ability to rigorously process, analyze, and interpret data;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Solid analytical and organizational skills;
- Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and ability to establish priorities;
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the network management philosophy and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
