HVAC / Refrigeration Supervisor - Edmonton, AB

$58–$64/hr + RRSP Contribution + Tool Allowance + Company Vehicle

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HVAC / Refrigeration Technician who's ready to lead a small team while continuing to do what they do best—troubleshoot, repair and service commercial HVAC & refrigeration equipment.

THE WORK

- Lead and mentor the Edmonton technician team and stay hands-on with service
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration, HVAC units, boilers and related mechanical equipment
- Coordinate with Dispatch to schedule jobs and allocate technicians
- Lead safety training and maintain a strong safety culture
- Team development

WHO THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

- Journeyman HVAC Refrigeration Technician certification
- Solid commercial refrigeration and HVAC mechanical experience
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable reading schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with equipment such as refrigeration systems, HVAC units, boilers, BMS and humidifiers
- Some leadership experience—crew lead,



lead hand or informal team leadership counts
- Gas A is a strong asset
