Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome and engage with all winery guests, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service during tastings and dining experiences.
- Assist guests with wine selections, food pairings, and general inquiries, enhancing their visit.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front-of-house area, ensuring a comfortable and elegant setting.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Availability to work shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential.
- A genuinely bubbly, energetic, and positive personality eager to connect with guests.




- Strong desire to learn and develop skills within a energetic hospitality environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure and a friendly demeanor.
- Prior hospitality or serving experience is a plus, but we are genuinely happy to train the right individual who brings a fantastic attitude and aligns with our company culture.
- Must be legally able to serve alcohol (if applicable in jurisdiction).
