Position: Splunk & Dynatrace Implementation Engineer (AIOps)

We are seeking an experienced Splunk & Dynatrace Implementation Engineer with expertise in enterprise observability, AIOps, monitoring, and platform implementation . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, Dynatrace, ITSI, Enterprise Security, and monitoring solutions across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and administer Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments.
- Configure Universal Forwarders, Heavy Forwarders, Search Heads, Indexers, and Deployment Servers.
- Onboard logs and metrics from servers, applications, databases, cloud, and network devices.
- Develop SPL queries, dashboards, alerts, reports, and monitoring solutions.
- Implement Splunk ITSI, Enterprise Security, KPIs, Glass Tables, and correlation searches.
- Deploy and configure Dynatrace OneAgent across servers, VMs, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Configure APM, Infrastructure Monitoring,



Digital Experience Monitoring, Synthetic Monitoring, and Real User Monitoring.
- Implement Davis AI, root cause analysis, anomaly detection, service flow, and dependency mapping.
- Integrate Splunk and Dynatrace with ITSM platforms and enterprise monitoring solutions.
- Support production environments, monitoring automation, and observability initiatives.
