- A bachelor’s degree
- A graduate-level degree which equips and develops spiritual/faith tradition leaders
- Licensing, accreditation, and/or mandating within your spiritual/faith tradition
- A minimum of two years, full-time credentialed experience as a spiritual/faith tradition leader. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized Canadian university and may be eligible to apply for the Specialist Officer Training Plan (SOTP). Selected applicants will complete graduate level studies and the required two years of full time, post credentialed experience as a spiritual/faith tradition leader.
