Role- Trade Finance PO/BA Location: Mississauga, ON- Canada Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Trade Finance Product Owner with strong knowledge of Trade Finance, Trade Services, and Banking products.

The role will own product requirements, roadmap, backlog, and delivery while working closely with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for Trade Finance products.

Work closely with business stakeholders to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Drive enhancements across Letters of Credit, Import/Export Finance, Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and Supply Chain Finance.

Partner with Technology and Engineering teams to deliver digital and process transformation initiatives.

Prioritize features based on business value, client needs, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.

Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Product teams.

Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, process improvement,



and enhanced client experience.

Support product testing, implementation, rollout, and post-production enhancements.

Act as the SME for Trade Finance and provide guidance to technology and delivery teams.

Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Trade Finance / Trade Services / Banking.

Strong understanding of Trade Finance products and lifecycle.

Experience with Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Import/Export Finance, Documentary Collections, or Supply Chain Finance.

Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager.

Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, JIRA, user stories, and backlog management.

Robust understanding of trade finance workflows, banking systems, and digital transformation.

Experience working with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience with Citi/TTS, Core Trade, Trade Services, SWIFT, ISO 20022, UCP 600, URDG 758, or other ICC trade rules.
