Staff Plus is hiring a Production Assembler for our clients automotive manufacturing facility in Oakville.

This is a hands-on production role involving vehicle preparation, automotive assembly, accessory installation, and the use of hand and power tools.

It is a good chance for someone with previous assembly, manufacturing, automotive, or mechanical experience who enjoys detailed, practical work.

Job Type: Full time, permanent Location: Oakville, Ontario Pay Rate: $21.35/hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm What You''ll Do: Prepare vehicles for production by washing, cleaning, masking, inspecting, and staging them.

Install automotive accessories, decals, trim, and other vehicle components using hand and power tools.

Assist with bedliner production and other vehicle production processes as required.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

Identify and report defects, damaged materials, or workmanship concerns.

Move vehicles and materials throughout the production facility.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.





Assist with other production and assembly tasks as required.

Valid Ontario Class G drivers licence is required. 2 years of previous assembly experience is preferred.

Previous automotive, manufacturing, mechanical production, or related hands-on experience is an asset.

Comfortable using hand and power tools.

High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to safely wear required respiratory protection and meet applicable fit-testing requirements.

Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and work full time hours as required by this position.

What We Offer: Consistent Monday to Friday schedule.

Straight day shift from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
