Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate safety hazards.

Deliver safety training and awareness programs to promote a safe work culture.

Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with teams to integrate sustainability practices into day-to-day operations.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on health, safety, and sustainability performance.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Health and Safety within a manufacturing environment.

Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.

Experience with sustainability initiatives is an asset.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:



Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 , plus bonus and profit-sharing opportunities.
