About: Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, strong Canadian and US payroll knowledge, and experience with ADP or similar systems.

Responsibilities: Manage bi-monthly payroll for 75 Canadian and 5 US employees using ADP.

Process employee onboarding, offboarding, ROEs, compensation changes, and leave adjustments.

Reconcile payroll data with HiBob and collaborate with HR on employee and compensation updates.

Liaise with ADP to resolve payroll issues and ensure accurate, timely processing.

Review payroll, deductions, statutory filings, and year-end tax documents (T4/T4A, W-2).

Coordinate employee reimbursements with Accounts Payable.

Prepare year-end payroll reconciliations and audit working papers.

Qualifications: Diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, ideally in Canada and the US.





Robust knowledge of Canadian and US payroll legislation and compliance.

Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems; PCP/CPM designation is an asset.

Strong attention to detail, discretion, communication, and time management. AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
